We received a phone call early this morning from Children's Hospital. They need to do a heart transplant operation today, so Owen's surgery has been postponed. When they have a heart available for a transplant, that takes priority over all other surgeries.
We have been rescheduled for next Monday, March 26. We will find out the exact time on Friday, but it will likely be in the morning hours again.
Update: The surgery will begin at 8am.

Dear Lord, we know you are totally in control, and your timing is perfect. Because you are all-knowing, we can thank you even for this unexpected delay.
We pray for the person receiving the heart transplant and for the family who lost a loved one. We ask that the surgery will be successful and give the patient a long, healthy life. Also, comfort the family whose loved one died to make this heart transplant possible. Draw all those involved close to Jesus. In your name, amen.
We are standing by for the perfect time God has already chosen for Owen's surgery. Happy SPRING!
